What's happening with salaries?!?!
Post Body
Is the industry completely selling off veteran leadership and experience these days?
I've had no less than 7 interviews over the past 3 months for 7-10 year job postings where I get to the end and they end up with someone 1-3 years for 35k less than discussed and limited background?
Anyone else facing this or seeing this trend? Anyone on in the "inside" of hiring care to chime in?
Experience means something, no?!
