How do I progress without another degree?

Iām still on the fence about going to grad school. Iām honestly leaning towards not doing it altogether. But I still want to progress in my career and become a more competent practitioner over time.
Should I get a certification of some kind? Any online courses I should take? Any other advice would be appreciated as well.
