I work in hospitality PR and one of our clients is a great restaurant/bar in Mexico City that is reasonably aiming to make the Michelin guide/World's 50 best lists. We have been trying to organize a press trip for US media to visit, but due to the low budget of the client we have to find a sponsor or sponsors that will cover airfare, hotel, transportation for at least 3-5 top tiered journalists. We have tried spirit sponsor, but a lot of them don't really have the budget for that.
I was thinking of partnering up with some kind of real estate or development company as we could do a press trip uniting both industries and as they generally have the big bucs. Please let me know your thoughts or any ideas that could help me. Thank you!!
