Is there anywhere I can buy public mobile payment vouchers online?

So I'm an international student who has recently arrived in Canada. As such I'm in self isolation and can't go anywhere. However I'm trying to set as many things up as I can now (e.g. bank accounts) most of which require a Canadian phone number. I ordered a public mobile sim on Amazon expecting to be able to activate it only to find I need a Canadian bank account which is... frustrating.

My only option seems to be the payment vouchers. But as I said I'm still in self iso so can't go anywhere to buy one. Is there anywhere I can purchase the vouchers online and have them sent to my email? Thanks for the help.
