How to find out what areas there might be a down bell/Telus tower? My PM signal has been quite weak lately

I'm getting about -110dbm on average, sometimes -120 dBm. Only noticed because recently people have told me in hard to hear on the phone. But SMS seems to be no problem, as well as the Data. Just calls noticeably affected

Then my 2 roommates, who's in virgin mobile and one also on public, has both said theirs calls also have been weak. So virgin, public, have bell/Telus in common (Telus uses bell towers right?)

Anyway I tried look for outage maps or something earlier today but all I see are 'everything is fine!'

We live in GTA btw in near Etobicoke.

Anyone else having issues lately?
