Random Naked Put Added to my Account

Checked my account this morning and saw that a random naked position was added to my account. This was added after a day of my positions not showing any information at all. Looks like this also happened to this kid: https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/s/JiisttNFUe
Is this happening to anyone else?
