When are my balls supposed to drop?

so i just turned 18 two days ago, but I was curious if my balls had already dropped, i mean i feel like they have because they hang (obviously) but recently theyve started to feel more heavy i guess? I honestly dont know how to describe it but I can actually tell that theyre there now lmao. I guess Im asking cuz my cousin said im not a man until my balls dropped and he jokingly said mine hadnt and im feeling a little insecure haha
