how do I prevent boners when using locker room or urinals? (18m)

so idk why I get them, it doesnt happen all the time but when it does its awkward af, It only happens when i feel exposed and its weird bc after i get hard its hard for me to get soft again, doesnt help that i wear boxer shorts mostly so its super noticeable when i wear shorts, any advice?
