Delusion that it all was fake / exaggerated
Post Body

I am starting to believe that ,thanks to the effects of antipsychotics that have silenced my head and reduced all symptoms ,that it was all either exaggerated or fake ,I can't find myself relating to those with a similar diagnosis to mine and began thinking I don't have psychosis ,especially ,I'm starting to forget what it was like to be in an episode and have started to see my memories as fake ,has this happened to any of you ? I have psychosis ,bipolar disorder ,complex PTSD ,depression and social anxiety and whilst I believe in some of what I deal with nowadays to be true ,not all of it. Please help
