Diagnosis: Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, previous psychosis.
Medication: Mirtazapine, Duloxitine, Diazepam(for panic attacks)
I got discharged from a psych hospital in 2018 after 7 months under sections. I was diagnosed with psychosis. I was doing well up until November 2018 when I started feeling very low and suicidal again. These feelings have been growing. In February 2019 I started to hear my phone talking to me in whispers when it was completely off. More recently I’ve been seeing shadow people in my room and big white spiders. Yesterday night I thought I was having a heart attack as my chest went really tight. I was taken into hospital by ambulance. My blood tests, blood pressure and ECG all came back normal. I had experienced a severe panic attack which lasted 6 hours.
Does this look like my psychosis is coming back? What should I do? If I tell my psychiatrist everything I’m scared they will put me in a psych hospital again. If I don’t tell them I think I will get seriously ill.
Any advice is appreciated :)
