Singular hallucinations?
Post Body

I tend to wake up once or twice from sleeping at night and when I do, I sometimes get a very loud noise coming from inside my head. It happens once and is for a split second. It has sounded like a bird chirp, sometimes a loud bang. It is not every night but it has happened enough to leave me wondering. Does this sound like more of a being in/out of sleep process or is it something I should worry about progressing? Sorry if this is a dumb question. My psychosis only had delusions prior so hearing things feels out of my realm, so to speak. I don’t get any other auditory problems at any other point in the day, either. Thank you
