Is it possible to have psychosis but only around one person?

I'm reading my messages to her and they're absolutely neurotic, but it's not coming out anywhere else or affecting my day to day. My thoughts are tumbling a little bit mostly I'm doing normal. When I try to communicate with her, though, I feel insane. Like everything I say is nonsensical.
