For those that have recovered from an episode, what was your improvement like? Was is consistent but barely noticeable? Did you wake up one day and suddenly things were better and you had emotionality again? I’m 6 or so months into healing and every day is the same to me. Can I feel the beauty of nature again, or have favorite songs, or anticipate and get excited about things and people? I can’t imagine the crossover from feeling nothing into feeling something. I try to keep hope that it’s not permanent but my memory of feeling things is growing distant and I don’t want this to be my normal.
