Another question about recovery
Post Body

Is it normal for things to feel weird? Unnatural? This is in psychosis recovery. Iโ€™m honestly trying to figure out how to describe my symptoms to my psych and I cant place the feeling to a word or statement. When I do things, sit on the couch, try to go to bed, try to cook, it all feels weird and unnatural and odd. I think these words could suffice, though I just worry that sheโ€™s going to brush it off to needing more CBT/DBT skills and pushing through, whereas Iโ€™m looking for some change/removal/addition in medicine. Thank you!!
