My last 5 trips (8-12g) I have been doing the breathing and breath holds, within the first 2 hours. Not only has the technique intensified the effects of the experience, but it also grounds me in wonderful ways. keeping me connected and mentally secure.
I'm curious if any of you have tried the WHM during a trip and if you'd share your experiences.
