Edit 1: "and why" should also be in the title

These are just some of my favourites, but id love to hear what everyone else is into.

Realizing this might not belong in this specific sub. But some of these songs take my to my emotional depths and I come out feeling freer than ever. Ekki Mukk especially is a song that has helped me deal with major losses in my life, especially losses of loved ones. I dont understand the words, but something about the song is very comforting and feels like an emotional Rollercoaster all the way through.
