How many of you guys with HPPD still smoke cannabis?

I have had mild HPPD since august and it really only consists of very mild tracers and afterimages, it has been getting better since but the thing is i basically stopped all drug use except the occasional valium to calm my nerves.
The thing is i really miss smoking a joint and i’m wondering what you guys think, i would only consider indica strains as they don’t give me any anxiety. Thanks for you time and any feedback is appreciated:)
