Any guides for how to make changa at home?

I've been looking for guides, but haven't found any.
So if you know of any (detailed) teks, please let me know. I have access to caapi, syrian rue and psychotria viridis. I have also read that people mix in other things, like blue lotus, but I wonder if that is actually necesarry for effects.
