Has Anyone Developed Tinnitus Doing Psychedelics?

I've suddenly developed tinnitus this year, around the same time I started doing heavy doses of 4-AcO-DMT (which is not DMT, for those unaware). I've found one single documented report of a man who did after doing DMT, so it might be possible. I plan on speaking to my doctor about it, but I'd like to ask if anyone else has had this experience.
