Hey all! Quick question out of curiosity:

I want to know if anyone can tell me what I’ve experienced or think they know what it is. What I’m describing has happened twice so far that I can recall, or feel as if I can recall, where when I’ve taken a 2g joint with live resin or hash (can’t remember which) and then 3.5 of P.E mushrooms, and another time when I smoked a blunt and took ~100mg of MDMA.

On both of these occasions, at a certain point during the trip I experienced a sense of detachment from myself. It’s almost as if I was in a comatose state where I could hear voices and I could feel physical touch, but I could not respond to it at all. Though this experience sounds scary, it was quite pleasant. I felt at peace with my eyes shut and as if I was just floating in darkness, unbothered or unburdened by people.

I don’t believe 100% it was a full ego death but I’m curious to know if there are any other similar stories or situations. If you have any questions please ask them below.
