People on here love to call challenging trips bad trips for some reason, maybe there wording/description is different which is understandable.
But in my opinion a challenging trip is just where you have challenging thoughts anxitey depression what not.
But a bad trip can quite literally feel like your never gona return the same or are dying in some way or your brain went to far and you can’t talk and are extremely panicked with visuals that don’t make sense and other auditory/visual things supporting your thoughts of going insane forever. Which obviously never happens.
But a bad trip can quite literly put your body into shutdown flight or fight error response mode which is extremely scary and sometimes traumatic.
Describe your understanding of a bad and challenging trip!
