I have finnaly admitted myself to having some form of ocd. Intrusive thoughts that are things I would never do. My mother supposedly has it so I predisposed. I never understood why my life was so hard until I realized what I go through on a daily basis. Thoughts that donβt go away that make you feel horrible.
With the use of psychedelics, meditation and yoga, I realized how much I identify with these thoughts and how much they control my life. I think that might be the first to better life with OCD maybe. Or if not OCD just intrusive thoughts
