I noticed something strange while reading Herman Hesse's Siddhartha.

So if you don't know Timothy Leary recommended Herman Hesse to each psychonaut in terms of perspective and it's life changing. What I noticed was that the person who seeks enlightenment is known as Sramana or someone who perseveres in its literal sanskrit word. The mexican word shaaman seems awfully similar!

The symbiosis of common names can be usually traced to a common ancestor example: abrahamic religions have similar names like Abraham,Ibrahim etc.

Seems too much to be a coincidence in the former case!
