At the core of our experiential reality are assumptions and opinions on the universe. We may believe them very strongly and intuit, but ultimately they are beliefs when we have no proof. And even to use science as a means of proof isn’t completely enough.
Even our logic can lead us to core assumptions. So, if everything is a belief, it becomes clearer that those dreadful things apart of our reality are based in fear.
We’re afraid more than anything else and to free ourselves is to face that fear and embrace how small we are and how little we know.
