Our whole existence is because we got afraid of emotions and now here we are living an existence which is completely defined by a need for control. Everyone pushed and pulled by their emotions without even realising it. Grasping grasping for anything to make them feel safer and like they have control.
Whatever god means, we return to god when we become observers instead of participants. This does not mean dying.
Also don’t listen to me because I’m a participant too. This is a path one can only walk alone.
