I’m 43, coming down from my first solo trip and I have to say… I don’t know how younger people navigate through it.

I don’t think my younger self would have been able to recognize and keep anxiety at bay.
I was able to keep a very positive experience, but whoa, can it easily go the wrong way.
Maybe I’m just late to the party 😅
