I just started microdosing and I've done some low dose macrodoses and plan to work up to higher doses. Over the past few years I've really relied on THC. My anxiety was really bad, my life really stressful, and I started vaping delta-8 to help the panic attacks. Before that I was using it less often, for enjoyment and I much preferred that. Now I just do it out of habit or boredom or because my pain or anxiety is bad that day. I'm hoping the mushrooms help me cut back on my usage so I can actually enjoy it again. Have you found that to be the case? I don't want to "push" myself to cut back, I'm still dealing with a lot of hard things in my life and I need to be gentle with myself. I'm hoping it happens organically as I heal with the shrooms.
