Something very weird happened today afternoon..I was sleeping in bed with my eyes covered but my nose and mouth were open for breathing. And my room is well lit with decent amount of light ( not even basement)

And suddenly it felt like it was night and even though I couldn't see bcs eyes were covered it felt like night and my nightlight was on...and I felt a huge pressure on my face and body...I couldn't move and my body felt like electricity was passing through it...and for some reason I had a feeling that I must not uncover my eyes....so I started saying my God's name whome I pray to and after a few moments the pressure lifted but I was still shaking for sometime...can anyone give some insights?
