What causes the almost itchy tingling where the third eye is located? It's like I can almost cause this sensation to happen if I think about it. (like someone wiggling their ears etc.) It's not painful, but I usually start to feel it after I get this random tone, like ringing, in my head or ear.

It isn't anything medical, I've had medical professionals rule out any medical conditions. I was told all of this was caused by my own stress. ಠ_ಠ I don't know if I have a third eye. I don't practice any type of religion or claim to have any psychic abilities. I am open to all possibilities at this point, tho. I have had readings more than a few times.

I guess you could say I am trying to figure out where I belong spiritually in this world. (it hasn't been easy) I would like to add that I continue to have the upmost respect for whatever practice a person chooses to use to guide their lives.
