I meditate every so often, sometimes to ground myself and sometimes to receive messages from my guides. The times when I do receive messages, I'll either hear them in my head or I have very, very vivid meditations. I could tell you what the people involved look like (their hair color, facial structure, what they're wearing, how they walk, etc), the intricate details of the background where these take places, all that stuff.

I wouldn't say these are prophetic by any means b/c (as far as I know) they don't predict anything. It could be internal stuff to do with myself, but they get so extremely vivid and I don't understand why. Though I've noticed I've been more connected with my spirituality as of late, so I don't know if that's related or not.

I guess I'm asking if anyone's dealt with this, and if so how you deal with it. Any advice or insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
