So my sister in law has been doing some remote healing on me. Yesterday she wanted to see if she could connect to me when I was out running. I told her I was starting the run then about 5 to 10 minutes later I remembered I've had some interesting experiences in the place I was running so I stopped and put up a shield/protection that I use frequently from a book and kept going. After the run there was a voicemail from her saying she could connect but there was resistance and a lady who looked angry that she was trying to connect with me. We spoke back and forth about who it could have been...a guide or whatever.. then I remembered the protection shield and asked her to google the (deceased) author of the book I got the protection technique from. She came back almost immediately and said 100% it's her.

Now we are trying to figure out, did she appear because I used her protection technique or the slim chance she's one of my guides.
