What do you treat Tardive Dyskinesia with?
Post Body

I’m a resident currently going through my outpatient rotation. I have seen patients with some pretty bad TD. When I asked my supervisor about treating it, she just said “She ups their Cogentin and doesn’t bother with the using the new meds to treat TD”. I don’t think this is right. Am I wrong in thinking that? The patient could hardly speak coherently the TD was so bad.
