Dictation software

Dear colleagues,
I am interested in obtaining a personal dictation software for my use across various platforms including Microsoft word.
Anyone find a program that they feel really has improved their quality of life and is easy enough to get the hang of?
I know Dragon has been the name brand for a while but not sure if anything better has come along tailored toward psychiatry.
