Bush-Francis Catatonia cut-off

Is anyone aware of a cut-off value (or anything similar) for the bush francis catatonia screening instrument (14 item) or the bush francis catatonia rating scale (23-item)?
What cut-off do you use? Or how do you decide whether or not it's clinically catatonic in those edge cases? Purely hypothetically based only on the BFCRS. I understand we could do a benzo-challenge as well.
