So, I have experimented with many different hallucinogens in my life, from deliriants to phenethylamines, from acid to Benadryl. And throughout all of these experiences, I have been smoking weed, as I do 24/7.

And I have noticed, Mary Jane has changed for me throughout my “psychonaut career”, I’m not trying to sound like a dickhead though, to put it bluntly, just for context.

Weed before psychedelics was just a giggly, uplifting surreal sorta vibe. Ever since I began tripping, weed has turned into a paranoid, intensely strange zoned-out sorta head-fuck.

It’s almost as if there is a door to your psyche, and after taking hallucinogenic compounds the door is opened, and you can’t close it or control it, like it’s wedged open constantly.

Even when I am sober(very rarely), I still feel fucked up. I might attribute this to the heavy depersonalisation-derealisation weed has caused me to experience, but I believe this may be my own fault because of how frequently I smoke.

On top of that, after my really intense, indescribable series of trips featuring; DMT, LSD, DXM, MXE, Salvia, and a few more lesser known substances.

I have had a few bad trips that have deeply scarred me and still haunt me, but also some of the most moving, profound experiences of my life.

I find it funny how there’s always 2 polarities to the stick.. it can bring you infinite bliss & love, and on the other hand, shattering mental torment.

These experiences of mine have been that powerful, it has caused me to develop HPPD (Hallucinogen-Persisting Perception Disorder).

Ever since I have had these really intense high-dose trips, I still see things warp and melt; objects appear bigger/smaller, visual snow always present, seeing grids in areas of lights, etc.

Has anyone experienced this themselves?

I’m driving myself crazy at this point haha, some advice would be much appreciated.
