i’m taking shrooms for the first time this friday, my family is renting a cabin for thanksgiving and some of us will be tripping.

I’m wondering if i should go with 0.5 or 1g as a first timer. I feel like it’s important for me to note that my tolerance to drugs is very low lol. I smoke weed regularly, drink socially, and have tried coke a few times, but, I’ve noticed my tolerance to uppers is way higher than it is for weed/alcohol, or even my (prescribed) ativan lol.

With this in mind, what would be a good starting dose for me? also, any tips on making the trip as chill as possible as someone with anxiety?

I have an amazing relationship with my family, we’ll be in nature, and i’m in a good headspace lately so i know it will be the best time for me to try them but any advice is welcome.

and lastly, i take adderall (adhd), should i not take it the day i’m tripping? i figured no but thought i’d ask in case. thank you!!🫶
