what the hell is this exactly?

many months ago I bought these "mushroom gummies", as the worker described them, from a head shop. on getting home I ate the 2 bags I got and felt great for hours while listening to music. very mild visuals as well. Haven't bought any more out of concern that they may be detrimental to my health.
I know they're not real shrooms but... what are they?
