Ever since my recent 100 gram wet golden teacher trip I’ve seemed to be losing my inner monologue it’s not as active and sometimes I’m doing something and I’m just doing the voice isn’t there anymore, i don’t know why this would happen but it doesn’t seem to be a problem and when I’m not using my inner monologue I’m just there and sometimes when I’m doing a task it’s like my inner monologue is directing me not like it used to be for example I could be cleaning and subconsciously my inner monologue would be saying “yeah pick that up then that and put it in that bag so there and there” it goes on and on I’m starting to notice it though, has anyone had a similar experience?, this trip was 10 days ago
