What does "ego death" feel like with psilocybin?

I have only had 2 experiences, the first I took a microdose of 150 mg and I felt NOTHING.
The second time I took 450 mg and I had the best experience of my life
I was reading forums and reddit and I read that some warned me that mushrooms could take me to heaven but also to hell.
They could even trample and humiliate me
I wonder what that ego death feels like? Do you think I should venture to a higher dose like 1 or 2 grams?
