Has anyone noticed any permanent changes in the way their brain works after tripping? Even if you only tripped once? After tripping about twice a month for 3 months 4 years ago, I’ve noticed some differences. My anxiety has been numbed to where I hardly notice when it’s there. I can also identify triggers for certain trains of thought if that makes sense
