Microdosing vs Fulldosing

For those who microdose with shrooms or lsd, I would love to know whether you lose the effects of a full dose or stronger. I am super interested in trying a microdose program to help w my mental health - but I also love tripping tf out and don’t wanna compromise those moments due to building tolerance.
