Hey everyone. Lately I’ve been micro dosing with some mushrooms most mornings. But I’d like to know more about micro dosing. I had a few questions, how often is it “okay” to microdose? Longterms use cons (and pros if any)? Is it safe to microdose long term? Should there be tolerance brakes? How would this affect future trips? What’s the best way to microdose? I’d love to hear everyone’s experience with microdosing frequently, and would love any articles/posts about micro dosing you found interesting!
So far my experience has been great! I feel I’m performing better at work, and in overall better mood! I haven’t noticed any negative side effects, as of now at least! But if there’s no major health concerns I would like to continue micro dosing! Look forward to reading the responses 😎
Yes I’ve noticed a few things, such as work performance, depression throughout the day is very minimal, and over all just feel better and motivated!

How long were you micro dosing for and how consistently? Did you notice any effects after stopping? I started micro dosing last Monday and dosed until Saturday. One time only in the mornings, and then again today!
