Need advice for trip tips

Hey guys hope yall are doing well. Got my hands on a couple of tabs and Iām gonna do them tonight. Not sure what the specific UG is but I get the same ones all the time so ik how much to take.
I need help with preparation. What are some of the things you guys do before your trips to make them better? Specifically looking for anxiety reducing tips.
