So I have ADHD symptoms and some previous trauma, and I think the trauma could be what causes the symptoms.
I had a 1g penis envy mushroom chocolate truffle i stored in the fridge for about a month or more now.
I ate half of it at about 2pm or so. I think I'm kinda peaking or coming off the peak. The colours were very vibrant like 2 hrs ago. And now its still kinda Kodak film looking the colours.
I think this kinda dose (0.5g PE or 1g normal shroom i dont know which one it was), helps me to bring up grief myself and let's myself process it. Because obviously most days im not crying or going to any type of therapy.
So I am just writing this for myself or any others that want to try it with talk therapy, I think the body high here is mild, and it just makes me more open to talking. And yeah its not a microdose per se, and I was debating whether i should do microdoses for the adhd symptoms but been reading from several comments that microdoses dont work for trauma and those macrodoses do better to process trauma, so i was just checking how strong 0.5g PE is. I can probably take it up another 25mg if im just by myself, and ill leave it at about this dose for talk therapy with a councellor.
I had some more thoughts while I was at the beach like about feeling comfortable and how great that is because with chronic pain i dont want more discomfort. It's like good for stream of conciousness thinking, this dosage. It was very positive and generally find it very mild.
UPDATE: I don't think this dose does anything about ADHD, I don't feel bad per se, but I am still easily distracted and find it hard to work for example. I am going to practise working and seeing if I can focus, but I find it hard to stick to timelines. With THC, I felt time go by slowly actually. With my usual ADHD symptoms and even on shrooms, I think i lose track of time because I can flow with something I like doing, but its like basically im doing anything that peaks my interest when left to my own devices.
