How dangerous is MDMA to the body and mind? I'm scared to try it.

I have tried weed, coke, Xanax, shrooms, LSD and DMT but I never tried MDMA, I got test kits and tested some and it all came back back for MDMA but I'm terrified to take it lol. It's only a point as well.
Any advice?
