Hey all, just wondering how common it is to use a heating pad? 42m diagnosed 12 years ago with PsA with sacroiliitis and I have used a heating pad every day for at least the last decade. I use it at least two or three times a day with the automatic shutoff. Occasionally sleep with it. Have to travel with one. And always use seat warmers in my car. It just makes me feel better, less pain, less stiffness in the lower back.

Also it’s probably relevant, I live in the tropics so there’s no cold weather. I use air con but it’s not like I am cold and the heating pad is helping keep me warm.

Is this normal / how common is it? I’ve never really thought about it before tonight
