My psoriasis is in 100% remission for the first time in 7 months after the worst flare I’ve ever had

I just wanted to share what I did in hopes of helping someone else out. I know how embarrassing psoriasis can be especially on the face.

My psoriasis is very mild but this last flare left my face burning red every single day, here’s what I started doing 5 days ago that has completely cleared my skin:

1 shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning AFTER breakfast

Tea tree oil on a warm damp towel, dab all over my plaques

Lather my entire face in 100% virgin cold pressed coconut oil in the morning and before bed, and whenever I feel like my skin is drying up

I know everyone has different triggers and cures, but please try this! It worked so perfectly for me!
