Extreme fatigue after Biologika

Did someone else experience this side effect? I forgot the name but it starts with a B... and sounds like belzebub ;) . My psoriasis is cleared almost 100% after the first shot. But yesterday i got the 2nd shot ( 2 pens) and now I experience heavy fatigue again. Did someone else experience the same. ?
Edit: Bimekizumab is the name of the drug
