Had an appointment with my dermatologist today, because I needed a different ointment on my newly developed patches around my eye, instead of the regular enstillar cans. Also told him that I am currently having a lot of stress with my gf. We have a 9M daughter.
Regarding the eye he prescribed prednicarbat and enstillar for the rest. To my personal situation he said its normal that I get more patches overall because having a kid is stressful in general. I was not surprised seems logical.
But regarding diet he told me that only glutenfree works and nothing more. I asked about omega3 vitamin D. But he said that only glutenfree is scientifically proven to work as diet. And thats it. I was a little bit disappointent to be honest. But I would like to know what other dermatologists told to you.
TL;DR : my dermatologist says only glutenfree diet works agains psoriasis. Any other diet or supplements are effective. What are your experiences with dermatologists?
