I tried switching from pf tek to grain bags recently and have tried them before as well. Every time I inoculate with 4cc spores, then incubate at 70°. They all show no signs of life (now going on a month and a half 1 bag has minimal signs of life).

I've purchased from separate vendors, tried making my own, tried different strains Tried oats millet and rye Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

some commonalities, I do see moisture collecting on the walls of the bags in the incubator which seems bad. Also I worry maybe I'm josseling them too much during inspection?

I'm at a total loss, but I'm not ready to pack it in and go back to pf tek. Any help would be very appreciated
